About Andy Follows

Andy has spent more than 30 years working in international business, including senior leadership roles with BMW and Tesla, before establishing his own consultancy.

He has been both a member of and an advisor to leadership teams in complex, results-driven environments. This has given him first-hand experience of what it takes to drive performance, and the often unseen factors that hold it back.

He has combined this experience with a sustained interest in how higher performance is achieved, which led to the development of Fulfilling Performance.

Andy works directly with senior leaders and their teams, supporting them to enable Fulfilling Performance within their organisations. He also works through one-to-one advisory and peer mentoring environments such as the Aquilae Academy.

He collaborates with a small number of trusted partners where appropriate.

His work brings together practical experience, performance psychology and a simple, powerful way of enabling higher performance in organisations.
