How we work
Over time, we have developed a small number of ways to introduce and embed Fulfilling Performance, depending on the context.
Typically, this takes one of three forms:
- An organisation-wide programme
- Peer mentoring
- One-to-one advisory
Each provides a different entry point into the same idea: strengthening the drivers of performance.
Fulfilling Performance Programmes
Fulfilling Performance programmes are designed to help organisations strengthen the drivers of performance.
Many organisations begin with a three-to-four month activation, introducing the framework with the senior team and quickly extending it across the wider leadership group.
The goal is to establish a shared understanding of the core factors that determine performance and a common approach to identifying and releasing the handbrakes that may be limiting results.
From early on, organisations begin applying the framework to real business challenges, improving alignment and enabling stronger, more sustainable performance over time.
The Aquilae Academy
The Aquilae Academy brings together small groups of senior leaders who meet regularly to support each other in navigating real leadership challenges.
Participants bring current issues — decisions about growth, people, structure, strategy or leadership pressure — and explore them with peers who understand the realities of running organisations.
Conversations are practical and grounded in real experience. Very quickly, the group becomes a trusted sounding board, with leaders returning each month to share progress and build on previous commitments.
Alongside the peer discussions, members are introduced to the Fulfilling Performance framework and practical ideas they can apply in their own organisations.
One-to-One Advisory
Sometimes the most effective way to address a performance challenge is through a one-to-one conversation.
These discussions provide a confidential space to think through important decisions, organisational questions and complex situations with an experienced external perspective.
Conversations often draw on the Fulfilling Performance framework to help leaders examine the drivers of performance and identify practical ways to strengthen them.
The aim is always the same: helping leaders think clearly, make better decisions, and move forward with greater confidence.
